Rom’s PC Gamer Rants

Michael Russel has an article in the September issue of PC Gamer (Star Siege on the cover) covering his time at Ritual. Go pick it up, only 5 bucks! After reading that, you should also read his blog for a straight look at the life of a software developer/tester.

Sam Circles Fail Before Passing it In

Just click the link for Sam’s deconstruction of the Seattle Weekly article. Also, with regard to VMC/Volt/etc, it was explained to me during one of my interviews there – during the more stringent hiring process for more regular contractors than the bull pen clown car – that VMC/Volt exists solely so Microsoft doesn’t get pwned

The text — which also happen to cast shadows onto the tentacles — is otherwise plain. The combination here of the creepy

Say it again, Sam

Go read Sam Kalman’s Total Responsibility! It has dogs barfing, games crashing, bug solving, faults, and failures!
