		<description>You hit the nail on the head. This is a good portion of the reason why I am seriously considering leaving QA for good and going into IT. When you solve problems in IT, people actually thank you. Software QA only identifies the problem and a significant poriotn of developers think that is horrible to have the problem pointed out. However, if they would learn to identify their own BUGS, there wouldn't be a need for testers. Ironic isn't it? *sigh*
